About Chattaway Properties

We offer AA 4 Star self catering accommodation, all of which are situated in the heart of the busy market and festival town of Ulverston, therefor handy for everything.

All our accommodation is tastefully decorated to the highest standard with large plasma screen TVs, double bedrooms with large comfortable beds fitted with fresh linen sheets and bathrooms complete with baths and / or showers, fresh towels are also provided. For your personal comfort and convenience all accommodation is equipped with hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. All our en-suite rooms and cottages have free complimentary Wi-Fi provided throughout.

 

Our self-catering cottages and apartments are a home from home

Equipped with all the necessities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Spread about around the town center not one of our cottages is the same as another, from the quirky old town gaol to an old farm barn house and an old town pub, these have all been converted into lovely self catering cottages for you to enjoy. The fully fitted kitchen gives you the flexibility of cooking for yourself, the central location of every cottage means there are plenty of shops just on your doorstep for all your everyday essentials.

We offer one, two and three bedroomed cottages and apartments. Some being spread over three floors while others are all on ground level, making them perfect for everyone.

With all of our accommodation check in is from 2pm onwards and check out is at 11am, if you require an early check in or late check out you can purchase this when booking, however this is always subject to availability. Please be aware we will ask for a 50% deposit upon booking, this is fully refundable if the accommodation is cancelled prior to 48 hours before date of check in, after this period the deposit is non-refundable.

All our accommodation is on a “room only, self catering” basis. However, we serve breakfast at The Farmers every morning from 9am – 11.30am, this is an additional cost. Have a look at our breakfast menu for all our tasty options.

We only allow dogs in a few of our properties at an extra charge of £10 per night, so please make sure you double check on booking your accommodation.

NOT Dog Friendly – Cider House, Inn Keepers Cottage, Spring Cottage, Rose Cottage, Crown Cottage, The Bake House, No 3 Smiths Court, No5 Smiths Court & No6 Smiths Court.

Please be aware our accommodation is not child friendly, all our accommodation is non-smoking.
